Remarks: The inlet cowling of engine number one of the Boeing 777 was damaged by passenger boarding bridge at Karachi. Due to incident, the aircraft's departure from Karachi as flight PK-783 to Toronto got delayed. The Boeing 777's damaged inlet cowling was replaced and the aircraft departed from Karachi at 3:16 PM as flight PK-783 to Toronto with a delay of more than six hours. The flight was scheduled to depart at 8:40 AM.

Remarks: Jeddah-bound flight PK-735 with more than 300 souls onboard suffered bird hit after take-off from Bacha Khan International Airport - Peshawar at 5:23 PM. The bird hit damaged aircraft's radome. Due to restrictions on night flight operations at Peshawar Airport and availability of spares in Karachi, the crew decided to divert to Karachi. The Boeing 777 landed at 7:02 PM at Jinnah International Airport - Karachi where the damaged radome was replaced. The aircraft departed from Karachi at 9:12 PM to resume its flight to Jeddah.

The Boeing 777 departed from Manchester on June 8 at 4:59 AM as flight PK-702 with a delay of more than seven hours. The flight was scheduled to depart at 9:20 PM on June 7. The aircraft had arrived in Manchester at 8:09 PM as flight PK-701 from Islamabad on June 7.

Remarks: Both engines of the A320 were damaged when the aircraft with retracted landing gear touched Karachi Airport Runway 25L surface. The aircraft climbed again to perform go-around. The aircraft began to loose height due to damaged engines. Pilot reported engines failure and issued mayday call when the aircraft was approaching Karachi Airport for another landing attempt. The aircraft crashed into a residential area called Model Colony and burst into flames.
