On April 6, 2018, PIA announced a completely new livery. PIA logo in shades of blue and with airline's stylized Urdu logo in shades of green and yellow colours are placed on forward portion of all-white fuselage. Near flight deck windows is a waving Pakistan flag. The flag appears emerging from cockpit window. Pakistan in English text is painted in blue colour on aircraft belly. PIA official website address www.piac.aero painted in blue colour is displayed below cabin window line on rear section of fuselage. The aircraft tail displays Pakistan's national animal Markhor. The leaping Markhor is also painted on white engine cover.

On June 30, 2018, the Supreme Court of Pakistan stopped PIA from applying this livery on aircraft. Only an Airbus A320 registration AP-BLU had received this livery before the court order.
