Mohammed Saeed, PIA Chief Engineer Planning, standing in-front of airline's brand new Boeing 707-340C (registration AP-AUO) at some point in 1966-67 time frame. From 1957 to 1982 Mohammed Saeed had the charge of modernising PIA's fleet. During his tenure, Boeing 720Bs, Boeing 707s, McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30s and Boeing 747-200s were acquired through negotiations he conducted, which also included the delivery acceptance of each of these aircraft

PIA's legendary Air Hostess Tahira Mali photographed with group of Britain's Prospect Theatre Company actors and officials at Karachi Airport upon arrival on a PIA Boeing 707-340C from London. The British theatre group gave several performances in Pakistan in November 1967

First from the left is Tahira Mali, sixth is another legendary personality of PIA's 1960s golden era Chief Air Hostess Safia Sibghatullah who was honored with the Presidential award of Sitara-e-Khidmat and 8th from left is Flight Service Instructor Nasima Huda

This photo taken at Dacca Airport, East Pakistan, on November 1, 1969, shows crew of PIA's inaugural 'Pearl Route' flight operated with a Boeing 707-340C jetliner. Seen in this photo: 4th from left is Air Hostess Tahira Mali, 5th is Air Hostess Farhat Sultana, 6th is Governor of East Pakistan, Vice Admiral S.M. Ahsan, 7th is Air Hostess Avril de Souza, 8th is a Japanese Air Hostess specially recruited from Japan to cover 'Pearl Route' flights, 9th is Flight Purser Atta-ur-Rehman Butt, 10th is Flight Purser Raheel Masood and 11th is Flight Steward Ahsan Ghazi. PIA Boeing 707s operated twice a week 'Pearl Route' flight from Dacca to Tokyo via Bangkok and Manila
