if the plane sizes shown in graphics are representative of the aircraft size that can dock on those bridges, it means for widebodies it could be a problem if there are more than 5 present at the same time? I usually have always seen this 4-7 gates used by QR, EK, TK, BA etc.

I decided to count on google maps (peak autism). On the international terminal:
Triple jetways (presumably for a380s):
6 and 7
Double jetways (presumably for b777s, though a380 could potentially be operated as well):
4, 5, 9, 17, 18 and 19
Assuming that the largest aircraft in operation at the station is the b777, Islamabad's jet bridges could easily accommodate 8 wide bodies at a time (though immigration, check-in and baggage claim would be insanely crowded).
Previously, Islamabad International Airport offered six jet bridges for narrow-body aircraft and nine jet bridges for wide-body aircraft. Now eight of nine jet bridges for wide-body aircraft are also available for narrow-body aircraft.

So with 4-7 not available for some time, widebodies only have below available (based your assessment of which ones can handle widebodies)
9 17 18 19 (only four).
I think there could be a timeslot where a widebody may need to park at remote bay and use bus boarding. Although i also cannot recall except midnight between 1:00 - 4:00 when do we have so many widebodies at same time at ISB.
Etihad usually operates A320/A321 for morning departure. EK / QR are present at same time while TK arrives when former two have departed (as well as BA comes later).
Only if theres a delay with QR/EK, could be a problem.
