Not really, the economy class seats are also in a bad state. I don't think this is a major requirement atm. They should've prioritised going for new or perhaps even after market refurbished seats for the 777 fleet. Passengers' experience won't change much with new cabin lighting if the seats are still the same old ones which have a broken IFE system, no in-seat power and a non-existent recline alongside tored filthy fabric covers when most of the airlines have switched to leather seats.
