Bader models usually produce models for airline offices or when an airline makes a purchase from them and gives them these custom made models at the press releases.

I remember when PIA ordered the B777s, Boeing gave Ahmed Saeed (CEO at the time) a B777-300 in 1990s colours! 8)

Samee, trust me this model cannot fly! Thats the magic of photoshop you're witnessing. Bader models does custom made to order models which are VERY expensive, so will you just get over it!!

I did once see a beautiful PIA 747-400 on display at the CAM showroom near LHR for sale. It was a large scale model made by Pacmin and very accurate. I didn't dare ask the price but the person working at the showroom told me that PIA had ordered 744's hence thats why the model was made. This was back in 1996. Alot has happened since then.
