Seasonal International PIA Routes

Many airlines treat many international locations as seasonal and fly only during high seasons. For Example services to HNL by China Airlines and DFW by EVA are seasonal.

Why PIA does not treat some of the International Routes as seasonal. IAH is one such candidate for sure. Instead off writing it off to EK, PIA should have a seasonal service. Off season, PIA should provide interlining to a central high demand/high frequency location such as LHR or MAN.
