MAN he was loaded before he even joined PIA. the servis indistries is his family concern and his younger brother was minister in benazir government. must be enjoyin his life mate

If it were not for him we would have never got the B777s and final push for ATRs! We need more forward thinking people like him... TK does not seem to have done much since he entered PK! So it seems..

No he didnt want ATR's and was going for Dash8 infact the deal had almost been finalised and pilots were in training for them.

I don't think Ahmed Saeed paid cash for the B777s. He should be held responsible for allowing the *FISH* to gobble up PIA revenues in the shape of A300 sale, the 10 year A31L lease and the leasing of B777, SATS and SWISSPORT notwithstanding.The only forward looking chairman that PIA ever had was Rafiq Saigol.

Yes they still do. Probably when the GOP was looking for a chorman for PIA his 'hawai' experience came in handy. Why the B777 was preferred over the A330 feasibility needs no explanation.
