PIA restarts Lahore-Peshawar-Lahore daily flight with ATR 42

PIA restarts operation on domestic routes

Karachi: Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has restarted its daily flight on the Lahore-Peshawar-Lahore sector from December 1, 2006, which is previously affected by grounding of PIA Fokker operation.

A spokesman of the national airline said that the airline has restarted the daily operation on the route with the induction of second ATR-42 aircraft in its fleets.

He added that the airline also started two daily flights on the sector Islamabad-Gilgit-Islamabad and one daily flight on Islamabad-Lahore-Islamabad.
