Pace Circle launching near airport

LAHORE: Pace Barka Properties Ltd, a division of Pace Pakistan Ltd, is introducing a landmark project called Pace Circle near Allama Iqbal International Airport.

A press release stated on Wednesday that Pace Circle was spread over 40 kanals and consisted of five star Hyatt Regency Hotel with 300 rooms, Hyatt serviced apartments, Pace Circle apartments and a shopping mall with four designated retail floors.

It stated that internationally acclaimed consultants Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart and Associates (SRSS) from Singapore had designed the project and that it was working in conjunction with interior designers P49 Design from Thailand and Pace Manager Meinhardt to deliver the project within three years. staff report

finally some development, now if they only open some brand name restaurants and shops at the terminal that would be nice

PIA Engineering Dept should invest in the area around the new terminal. PIA aircraft should be able to be serviced and repaired in LHE - just take a look at the left side of the terminal, there is countless room for a brand new hangar as big as the Isphani Hangar. Whenever, PIA aircraft develop technical difficulties engineers from KHI have to go to particular airports to repair them or worse the aircraft has to fly back to KHI to be serviced.

since people r talking about a new mall, I heard that a new mall opened in rawalpindi called meradian mall. i haven't been to it but it looks good in the following video!!!

Most of the footage in that video seems to be from mall's already built mainly in Karachi.
