BAK tech at MAN
PK719 AP-BAK KHI-LHE-MAN-IAH 13OCT06 FRI CAPT HANIF AMIN
The aircraft arrived into MAN only 15mins late and initially departed for IAH but returned back from the take-off point back to stand.
Both bleed valves were found unserviceable on one of the engines.
PIA ground engineers finally fixed the problem after nearly 05hrs later.
The flight departed at 1810LT instead of STD 1210LT - 06hrs late.
BAK is the only B74M currently being used on the IAH run.
We've not seen BAT for a while now.
