Well. Tariq Kirmani and his team showed up at our place yesterday, for condolence purposes but there was not much he had to say just the fact that its irrecoverable and blah blah blah .. he also said that he would persoanlly see to it that we are looked after but i really dont know what to believe no one has answers to what went wrong! even now they are saying a month is the time when they'll get an answer from the research that has been put into the crash investigation.
I myself was to start CPL training this sept. but now i dont know how im going to deal with it.......... a few of my dad's colleagues have offered help s in guidance. I am still awaiting the cause.
I think when the data is analysed by the NTSB in France they would let out a report.
REST ASSURED THE FOKKERS WERE BOUND TO GO one way or the others..
If they blame it on the pilots............ well what can i say all i know is that he has handled three emergency situations, the recent most was
in Abu Dhabi upon takeoff when he used to opt on the A300 he saved 250 lives . he had 10,000 hrs flying exp .but all it took was two minutes.

If you want my opinion I think if you always wanted to do this, so do it.I myself was to start CPL training this sept. but now i dont know how im going to deal with it.......... a few of my dad's colleagues have offered help as in guidance . I am still awaiting the cause.

Now what have to happen happened, you have to see forward, I think.
May Allah grant you and your family the strength to face your loss.

Wow, happy for you brother that you have the money for it.samee380 wrote:GO FOR IT MATE!!! may god guide you always in the future. i am also going to start my Oxford training in september 2007. where are you doing your CPL?
I know in belgium (just to give an idea), There is the Sabena Flight Academy just like Oxford, very expensive...There is another school (Hubair) which have totaly new planes etc and nothing less than SFA (apart that in Oxford or SFA, you go to the States for training). And it cost 20 000€ less than SFA!!!
So this means that you can get the type rating on 737 or A320 at the Hubair school for the same price.
But anyway, hope you will enjoy your training

£60,000, Id need to win the lottery to begin this. No way can i ask parents to contribute. And the model of taking loans for studies in non acceptable in my books. All the best to you though! I hope you get in and make it inshallah. How do you plan on funding it?samee380 wrote:saad it is definately 18 weeks for APP. ive got they info pack right in front of me but if you are talking about waypoint then it is 5 weeks. im going to do APP which is more expensive i.e £60,000.
