PIA's VVIP Crew

After looking at the photographs Ive notcied then where ever there is a important person on board such as Prime Minister there is a VVIP crew.

I want to know is there a separate crew who only deals with these VVIP flights

u dont have a seperate crew..but some pilots are given vvip status and are the only ones allowed to fly with the PM or president...but the crew changes every other trip because of security reasons....
