Aircraft overflying Heathrow

Salaam to all, I was wondering if there are any HOP members at Heathrow or around the area, who listen to airband. I used to listen keenly years ago, and now again after finding my scanner want to listen occasionally. Sadly alot of the frequencies have changed, I know the local airport ones, but wanted to know if anyone knows the ones for aircraft crossing Heathrow at high altitude, as during summer and clear winter days its possible to ident the aircraft from ground, using optics.
