Boeing 777 Production Period

i was just wondering

how long does it Boeing to build an 777 aircraft, get approved and certified by the FAA? im only asking because i want to know that have they already started the production of PIA's first 777-300 which is due end of this year

I thought 777-300 would be deliver by 2008, are you sure last three would be deliver by 2006?

In fact the first of the three 777-300Er will be delivered at the end of this year, and the two other later (don't know precisely when).
