Quite a few changes in the spring schedule.
London will get two weekly 777 along with Frankfurt getting them thrice weekly.
Good progress, expansion and more flights going non-stop.
Has anyone noticed how the flights from the two northern hubs is kind of dominating the PIA schedule.
Are Islamabad and Lahore combined handling more traffic then Karachi????
Frankfurt goes thrice weekly 777

yes loads and yields out of LHE-ISB are far greater for ALL AIRLINES flying to Pakistan than out of KHI.Are Islamabad and Lahore combined handling more traffic then Karachi????
The reason being is basic economics...the supply of seats to KHI far outweighs the demand hence KHI is always cheaper than LHE-ISB which makes the yield airlines make to KHI far less than what they generate out of Northern Pakistan.

Re; Frankfurt
Frankfurt - Pakistan goes twice weekly, not 3x.
One of those flight goes via IST.
One flight to LHE, and the other flight to ISB/KHI via IST, thats as bad as it is now.
KHI-DOH-BAH should also be taken off and also KHI-KWI all these 1x a week flights are useless.
QR fly daily to DOH from KHI, and GF have 6 x to Bahrain.

yea..just after posting i found out they've given it to the A310 instead of the 747..and do they have enough load to fill a 747 for DAC ?!
and PIA wont be operating to Manilla since it wasnt given landing rights because it was planning on operating direct flights to Tokyo from Manilla...and trying to capture a sizeable amount of their market...

IAH on the 74M to IAH, that is interesting. I mean how are people gonna sit in that heap of junk for 24 hours?! They are also moving the flight to SAT. At least PK787/788 get 2 743s a week. Are they going to make this flight 2 a week in the peak summer time??
