Can that A321 go directly to MAN? If I'm not wrong I read once on HOP in a thread that it cannot!

No, it can't, I think the range of the A321 is about 4500~5000 km.

Well, I've cheked on www.airbus.com:

The A321 accommodates 185 passengers in a two-class configuration over a range of up to 3,000nm/5,550km, and up to 220 passengers in a high-density configuration. It can be powered by CFM56-5 or IAE V2500 engines.
