Its possible this a/c was painted before the new tail colors were decided upon.

well, the tails are supposed to be decals made by 3M in Pakistan no? So its really irrelevant whether the tail is there or not. Why their decals and not being painted, don't know but I can only imagine someone is getting a nice kickback for it.

Lets hope the management has come to its senses and they have scrapped the idea of multiple tails and are going to stick to the C.A.A.C style flag livery.

The next livery change should start with the induction of the 777-340ERs in 2008, and completed with the induction of the 737-840s in 2010.

By this time (2009) the first 777-240ERs should have gone in for their D-Checks and will need repainting anyways so no extra expenses.

Fully agree with Amaad, this stupid thing about changing the tail is absolutely idiotic and what a waste of time and money.......

Another photo of AP-BGZ (source: http://www.microvoltradio.com/kpae.htm)
Photo taken on 8th March. Seems it is not wearing the small flag on the back.

Didn't EVA air convert their order to freighters? Or are they still going to recieve the passenger version of the LR, AC and AI have also ordered the plane.
