A question with PIA's 777 fleet

Post by smarties »

777-240 Pakistan International Airlines 14/01/2004 AP-BGJ Active
33776 777-240/ER Pakistan International Airlines 04/02/2004 AP-BGK Active
33777 777-240 Pakistan International Airlines 11/03/2004 AP-BGL Active
33781 777-240LR Pakistan International Airlines 08/03/2005 AP-BGY Active
33782 777-240/LR Pakistan International Airlines 24/05/2005 AP-BGZ On order

I was just looking at PIAs 777 fleet and it seems that they only have one 777-240ER (AP-BGK) The other two are just the basic 777-240. I find this interesting as i thought all 3 were ERs?

Where was this info. taken from?
I believe all three 777-240s are of the ER variety..... the original order was for 3 772ER, 2 772LR, 3 773ER.

200ER has extra fuel capacity under the belly area hence higher gross weight. Thats why offers more range compared to 777-200 only.
