Why it cannot be? If PIA can be launch customer of 772LR and can surprise us with that then why can't a B748 be considered?

I meant in an ironically way, meaning that i'm true surprised, and happy, in terms of if PIA goes ahead an order the 748.

The wing is a little different than that of the 744. It has something like it at the end of it's wing.

Yes the 747-8 will have "raked wingtips" similiar to the ones on 777-200LR & 300ER.

In my mind...Boeing should launch the B 748 Combi as there will be big orders for that version from CI-BR-KL-AI-CA etc.

PIA too would be interested in that aircraft for their LHR services + possible nonstop PAK-JFK-PAK flights.

True, how much cargo will the B747-8 hold compared to the B744M or B742M ? On the LHR routes cargo is very important for PIA, does the B747-8 fit the criteria ?
