Living in a lawsuit-happy/equal employment opportunity society like the US, it's sometimes strange to see ads with (Female ONLY) captions next to openings

Anyone know if adds for cabin crew by other airlines have restrictions on weight/height/age etc.? I've never seen an add before and am just curious if that type of thing is common in this industry?

I've seen ads for F/A here in the US that specifically mention about weight proportionate to height, and height restriction (I guess they don't want a 7'0" F/A inside a pewny DC-9)
