Thanks for the info guys.

Sorry if this sounds stupid- but if I book using Air Blue's website, will I be charged in Rupees, as Im in the UK at the moment, and I presume its just the usual E-Ticket print out that I would need to present at Dubai?

On ED incl tax will be around Rs 11000 return in Y

PK is Rs. 16300 not incl tax in Y

ED is still cheaper than PIA, and I suspect more prompt on departure too.

i think it is 30kgs on it...not too sure though....the thing is that ED prices will be more if you book it about a week in advance but if u can book it now it will be 70% off....and i guess they will charge u in PAK rupees....the ticket will be printed out.....just present it at the DXB ED counter and you get your boarding pass :)

I will inshallh be booking by Tues.

Can you find out for *sure* if the baggage allowance is 30kg? I'd really appreciate it :)

TOTAL BAGGAGE WEIGHT LIMITS:
Economy: 30kg, Business: 40kg. Additional fees apply for all excess baggage.
(Rates for KHI - DXB: Rs 125/kg. or Dhs 8/kg.)
(Rates for ISB/PE/LHE - DXB: Rs 260/kg. or Dhs 25/kg.)

the rates in the brackets are for additional kgs

My Khala travelled a week before on Airblue with her son to DXB, She had two seats and the fare she was charged was Rs. 27540/- (return).
