Airblue UN Charter

Post by AirBlue »

Airblue will be having a UN charter departing Karachi Inshallah on the 1st for Sharjah and then to South Africa or Sudan taking troops. The aircraft will be going to New Dehli first bringing the troops to Sharjah. Another aircraft will be leaving Karachi going to Shajah, picking the troops up and taking them to Africa. The return flight will be as usual empty.

Interesting the UN is using Airblue instead of the flag carrier ??!

Good news for Airblue, so what will happen to the other flights if Airblue's aircraft are doing special flights ??

UN rarely use aircrfat belonging to flag carriers, they always go for private small airlines.

I think the troops are from India, as the aircraft will take them from New Dehli to Sharjah and then to Africa.

If one of the a/c of airblue will be on that special flight, what about there regular flights... I guess they will have to reduce or suspend some flights? What do you guys think?

If these are Indian troops, then how come they're not taking advantage of all those pvt Indian carriers that are available in India in such large numbers?
