TENDER NOTICE GOLDEN BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
TO ESTABLISH & OPERATE MAINTENANCE REPAIR & OVERHAUL FACILITY (MRO) AT NEW GWADAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has two (02) numbers of plots each measuring 15,827 square yards with dedicated apron area of 18,155 square yards total measuring 33,982 square yards at new Gwadar International Airport for establishment of "Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)" facility. Tenders are invited on single stage two envelope basis i.e. "Technical Offer and Financial Offer" from reputable and renowned National / International Companies / Firms / Organizations having sound financial and technical background. For those interested in larger areas can request land in multiple sizes of same area. Land will be offered on lease basis for 30 years (extendable for another term of 20 years on mutual consent) with a reserve price of PKR 244 /- per square yard.
