According to news reports:
On June 16, Fly Jinnah (FJ) Airbus A320 (aircraft registration AP-BOQ) was unable to perform Karachi to Islamabad flight 9P674 due to some technical problem experienced by the aircraft. Fire/smoke was reported in aircraft nose gear, according to ARY News.

Apparently, Fly Jinnah (FJ) Airbus A320 aircraft registration AP-BOQ as flight 9P674 to Islamabad stopped taxiing for departure from Karachi Airport around 6:36 PM (local time). The flight was scheduled to leave Karachi at 6:15 PM.
