EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FOR E-SIM SERVICE PARTNERSHIP FOR PIA PASSENGERS


Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL), invites qualified and experienced e-SIM Data service providers to collaborate In delivering seamless digital mobile connectivity solutions for PIA's International passengers.

The primary goal of the partnership Is to offer cost-effective and convenient mobile data services, enhancing the overall travel experience and making international travel more accessible and affordable for our valued customers.

PIA seeks to establish strategic alliances with innovative providers who can deliver reliable and user-friendly e-SIM services. The collaboration will be governed by a mutually agreed framework designed to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and shared success.

Interested e-SIM providers are encouraged to join hands with PIA in this initiative to redefine the connectivity experience for global travelers.

Terms of Reference (TORs):

1. Service Offering

The provider shall deliver globally accessible e-SIM packages i.e. Data that can be promoted and sold through PIACL, digital platforms (website. mobile application) and, where applicable. through the provider's own distribution channels.

2. Commercial Model
A mutually agreed commission-based or revenue-sharing framework shall be established, whereby PIACL earns a percentage of revenue tor every successful e-SIM activation or sale made through Its platforms.

3. Customer Benefits
Providers shall offer competitive, preferential, or exclusive pricing and/or value-added benefits specifically for PIACL passengers. Service packages must support a wide range of International destinations.

4. Branding & Marketing Collaboration
The provider shall support co-branded promotional campaigns with PIACL across digital and traditional media, including website banners, mobile app promotions, emails, SMS, social media, and in-flight literature (where applicable).

5. Regulatory Compliance
Providers must ensure full compliance with all relevant local and international regulations, including telecom licensing, consumer protection, tax laws, and data privacy legislation such as GDPR for International passengers.

6. Eligibility Criteria
Only firms licensed to operate as e-SIM service providers within their jurisdictions, and with demonstrable expertise in telecom or travel-tech sectors, will be considered. A strong track record and established customer base are essential.

7. Reporting & Transparency
The provider shall maintain accurate and transparent records of all transactions redemptions, and campaign performance, and shall submit quarterly performance reports to PIACL.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through arbitration, under the laws of Pakistan or another mutually agreed jurisdiction.

9. Termination Clause
PIACL reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a minimum of 30 days' written notice in cases of non-performance. breach of contractual terms or recurring customer complaints.
