I hope Airsial does not turn into another airblue of Pakistan. With 12 aircrafts in airblue’s fleet, it fails to utilize them efficiently and most of the aircrafts in its fleet operate just on average two flights (max 4 flights in a day) resulting in a daily 28-34 daily flights.
I hope, Airsial, with its 10 aircrafts, will be able to operate on average 4 flights with its aircrafts (max 6 flights just like flyJinnah) to be able to operate 45-50 daily flights.
Airsial should be able to operate to domestic cities as far as Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Sialkot, and Quetta. Internationally, ideally (just like PIA) it should be able to cover all of GCC important cities, such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Doha, Kuwait City together with currently operational cities (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Muscat). Next, it should be able to operate to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Istanbul (codeshare with Pegasus for Europe) and thats it. It should be able to offer at least four weekly flights to all of the above destinations and then you see revenue skyrocketing. It should do a hub-and-spoke model if possible.
