Why does Pakistani media use images of aircrafts not used by the airline currently?

One needs to see what slot exchange contract PIA had already made for IATA S25 season before getting too excited.

If they have not as yet given up their S25 LHR slots to TK then they can take them back from W25 season onwards and in the meantime fly to LGW or STN in S25.

If in a worse case scenario, LHR is not possible in S25 then they should just focus S25 season flying ISB-UK i.e. 6 weekly ISB-LON + 5 weekly ISB-MAN.

Remember PIA needs its B777s in June-July for the Hajj pilgrimage too !

BHX should not be launched by PIA until LHR + MAN are stable.

According to news reports:

UK Department for Transport (DfT) team met PIA officials and received briefing on Safety Management System (SMS) implemented by the airline.

A Safety Management System (SMS) is a systematic approach to managing safety in aviation and other safety critical industries. Airlines that implement an SMS are able to identify and mitigate safety risks that they are exposed to during their day-to-day operation, ultimately improving safety performance.

^ Like others, I'm also waiting for official PIA announcement with UK flight details after the airline gets permission from UK authorities.
