Air Vice Marshal Amir Hayat tenure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) ended on December 9, 2024.

Upon completion of deputation tenure from Pakistan Air Force (PAF) to Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL)/PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL), Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Amir Hayat ceased to be the Chief Executive Officer of PIAHCL on December 9, 2024.

He was appointed as first CEO of PIA Holding Company Limited in March 2024.
