Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has invited bids for exchange of landing gear shipsets installed on airline's two Boeing 777-200LR Worldliner aircraft registrations AP-BGY and AP-BGZ.

PIA offered landing gears for exchange are due for second overhaul.

PIA management zindabad. Third advertisement since November 2024. Why will this one get them the landing gears.

four airworthy aircraft grounded because they do not want to invest in spare parts.

A large number of 777s built during 2002-2008 are grounded or scrapped.

PIA should not have problem buying used spare parts.

They policy of exchange must be hampering the efforts to get parts.

If UK flights are resumed by April or May, then PIA will need the four grounded 777s back in service.
