Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished business leader for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role under the performance-based, KPI-driven contract. The candidate has to drive strategic initiatives, lead and motivate the team, and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in managing capital assets, a profound understanding of debt-based structures, and build strong relationships with lenders & investors while ensuring the Company's long-term financial stability & growth.
Qualifications:
Must possess a graduate degree (minimum 16 years of education) in business/public administration, marketing, engineering, finance, commerce, or equivalent from a well-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC
OR
Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
OR
Higher qualifications and most relevant experience will be an added advantage
Age:
Between 45 to 57 years as on the closing date for submission of application.
Work Experience:
Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in large-scale manufacturing/service concerns including renowned financial institutions or aviation business, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management position.
Preference will be given to the candidate who has worked as CEO in a public or private sector organization.
Officers presently working in the service of Pakistan may also apply through proper channels as per prescribed rules and regulations under the Esta Code
Experience in managing complex organizations and leading teams across diverse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of the strategic vision and devising a business plan for PIAHCL to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
Integrate and manage business segments, subsidiaries, and associated entities, along with their assets and liabilities.
Create a lean and efficient structure to effectively manage allocated shares and liabilities, including restructured debt, state-owned enterprise payables, and subsidiary revenues.
Manage and leverage properties to generate long-term value for the company.
Drive value through innovation by exploring new business ventures and offering valuable services to stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Build and lead a high-performing team, and foster a culture of innovation, efficiency/accountability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Key Competencies:
Proven track record of leading a diverse team of professionals with reckonable financial performance.
Deep understanding of asset management, economic trends, and regulatory environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities. • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, government affiliates, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.
Strong business and strategic acumen along with exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Tenure
The selected candidates will be offered a performance-based three-year contract, which may be extended, subject to business needs as determined by the Board of Directors.
Pay Package
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a market-based salary along with associated non-cash benefits and position-related perks.
