Government of Pakistan intends to outsource management of airports in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
What does "OUT SOURCE MANAGEMENT" mean????

Hearing this bullshit for the past few years.

Easiest companies to sell and raise money are the profitable ones such as OGDC and PPL the government can easily raise 10 billion dollars and sort out its IMF program and make the economy grown.
