This new airline is showing direct between Manchester and Islamabad with Airbus A340. Are they operating chartered flights for PIA or its their own flights??

Public Advisory by Pakistan CAA
It has come to our attention that some individuals portraying themselves to be acting on behalf of IPS Airline are circulating a marketing video claiming to start direct flight between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
Please be informed that any airline intending to operate flights to or from Pakistan must obtain approval from Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
As of now, IPS Airline UK has not applied for or obtained such authorization from Pakistan CAA. Therefore we advise all to exercise due caution in this regard.
