These assessments are required to be benchmarked against the best international practices with implementation plan to achieve the desired objectives. This initiative aims to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency by establishing optimal service level benchmarks for both public and private agencies operating at the airports.
Hiring of Consulting Firm to Conduct Performance Assessment of Level of Services Offered at Major Airports i.e. Karachi and Lahore in Phases
Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in order to improve the quality of services and travelling experience at the airports, invites proposals from reputable and leading aviation & airport services consulting firms/companies to conduct diagnostic analysis of Passenger Flow System to identify areas of concern and propose solutions including introduction of latest technology at various sub-system(s), terminal layout re-alignments etc. to enhance passenger experience and improve level of services at major airports as per International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards.
Bids/proposals submission date extended to June 27, 2024.

1. This refers to our advertisement published on 31st May 2024 regarding subject Tender. It is notified for the information of all concerned that Closing Date & Time for Submission of Proposals / Bids is extended till 27th June 2024 at 1100 hours (PST) instead of 20th June 2024 at 1100 hrs. Accordingly, the Opening of Technical Proposals shall be the same day at 1200 hours (PST).
2 Rest of the content / terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
Bids/proposals submission date extended to July 8, 2024.

It is notified for the information of all concerned that Closing Date & Time for Submission of Proposals/Bids is extended till July 8, 2024, at 1300 hours (Pakistan Standard Time - PST) instead of June 27, 2024, at 1100 hours. Accordingly, the Opening of Technical Proposals shall be the same day at 1400 hours (Pakistan Standard Time - PST).
