Is there some mistake in the number of meals required from Jeddah Airport in PIA tender notice?

Interestingly Toronto Airport with much lesser number of flights to Pakistan when compared with Jeddah Airport requires 4,140 meals per week (+/- 15%)

For a 777 with 320 passengers, that will scarely last 4 777s

Is PIA going to only give meals to "executive" economy? Or are they becoming RyanAir, demanding extra payment for meals? Passengers will bring their own food!

It could be for some flights only that might have a stopover at JED. Currently none being oprated though

I think the Toronto route requires 2 meals + snack(not too sure about that) due to the long duration of the route. Could explain a higher meal count. But still quite a high number even then.
