On October 30, airblue Airbus A321neo (aircraft registration AP-BOD) flight PA207 to Karachi returned safely to Islamabad after experiencing engine problem.

On October 30, airblue Airbus A321neo (aircraft registration AP-BOD) as flight PA207 to Karachi departed from Islamabad Airport Runway 28L at 5:41 PM and landed safely on Islamabad Airport Runway 28L at 6:00 PM i.e. 19 minutes after takeoff. Maximum altitude gained by the aircraft 8,000 feet.

airblue Airbus A321neo (aircraft registration AP-BOD) is powered by two CFM International LEAP (Leading Edge Aviation Propulsion) engines.

airblue flight PA207 to Karachi was scheduled to leave Islamabad at 5:30 PM.

airblue Airbus A320neo aircraft registration AP-BOD engine number 1 failure has been rated as a serious incident by Pakistan's Safety Investigation Board (SIB).
