Re: CCO PIA'S live session - Summary
I believe PIA shouldn't have committed to giving away the slots for as far as 2024 summer. Maybe PIA was offered some money which it couldn't resist and now it'll have to wait 6-8 months extra before resuming LHR ( maybe opt for LGW in the meanwhile?).Abbas Ali wrote: Thu Sep 07, 2023 12:57 pm Probably, PIA London Heathrow Airport landing slots given to other airlines under "Babysitting" concept current agreement(s) to end before the start of summer 2024.

Anyways, MAN and BHX should resume straight away. Also, it would be interesting to see how PIA approaches the EU market. Will PIA go for the same old 1x weekly ( mostly from LHE) to 4-5 European cities or will PIA choose one hub /point in EU and offers connections using codeshares. The CCO also said that PIA won't operate to Denmark for now.
Maybe PIA could approach Lufthansa or Air France for codeshares.
