PIA invites bids of selling on "As Is, Where Is" Auxiliary Power Units (APU) and tools & parts of aircraft phased out from airline's fleet:

Tender notice in June 22 newspaper:

6 x Honeywell GTCP660-4
10098 x General Electric CF6-80 engine aerofoils
121 x General Electric CF6-50 LLP
81 x CFM International CFM56-3 LLP
57 x General Electric CF6-80 engine special tools
2 x General Electric CF6-80 engine LPT stator
1 x General Electric CF6-80 engine LPT EMU

GTCP660-4 APU was used by Boeing 747.


PIA Boeing 747-200B Combi aircraft were powered with General Electric CF6-50 turbofan engines.


Six PIA Airbus A310-300 aircraft were powered with General Electric CF6-80C2 turbofan engines.


PIA Boeing 737-300 aircraft were powered with CFM International CFM56-3B turbofan engines. PIA was one of CFM International's very first customers.

Yes bro they are sleeping just like in the case of pilots shortage.

It has been a year and they are going to supreme court to uplift the ban and and every time comes up with the next date. Everyone is sleeping Management Government PALPA everyone.
