I checked their last playbacks none entered Pakistan

This could be the reason but,they will have to pay for using Pakistan airspace ??

It's a normal practice among ICAO member states. Both India & Pakistan are ICAO members. Many domestic Canadian flights partly fly over US and vice versa.

And many domestic USA flights fly over Mexico, for e.g. Los Angeles/ San Diego to Houston or to Florida fly over Mexico to save fuel and time.

In fact Pakistan and India can work together to shorten the flight duration by allowing part of flight to over fly to other countries.
