Ive been to Barcelona and there is alot of Pakistani population there compared to Madrid i guess.

it should be interesting to see what route structure will be implemented by PIA for its BCN bound flights.

2 options that come to mind are :

2 weekly A 310s LHE-KHI-BCN

OR

2 weekly A 310s KHI-DXB-BCN with 5th freedom rights.

The overwhelming majority of People in Spain, Italy and Greece hail from Gujrat, Jhelum, there would be no point doing a KHI
BCN, much better ISB /LHE

I'm quite sure it will be something idiotic like KHI-ISB-ROM-BCN and if the planners are feeling partiularly retarded, KHI-ISB-ROM-MAD-BCN.
