Plane Plaza, is a shop where you can buy good quality aircraft models. The shop closed down some years back but to my delight was back up and running. Nicely furnished with a MD-11 engine and a DC-10 landing gear. Also there is a DC-9 fuselage section in which you can go in and sit, and also see the cockpit.
Schiphol also has a Fokker-100 on the roof open for visitors.
