Thanks once again for providing an opportunity to visit another airport most of us might never have seen. Are those DC-3s in the photographs at the beginning? Wonder if these airframes are still airworthy!

Thanks Vaqar. Yes these are DC-3s and dont think that they are in flying worthy condition.

It was my first time there and Addis looked really nice with surrounding green mountains. Airfield itself had an elevation of 7565 feet which is even higher than Skardu.

this 747 Cargo weight maximum take off is 377850kg and maximum landing 285800kg
