Dubai Air Show 2013 #DXB13

Dubai Air show is starting 18th November till 21st November, i am planning to visit the show, already brought the ticket for skyview on 21 November, Thursday. Visa application will be processed 1st week of September through flyDubai visa section and hopefully i will be flying out from Kuwait on 21st November and returning back to Kuwait by 22nd November. Expecting lots and lots of photography session through out the visit

umar744, A350XWB is an experimental aircraft and might not visit #DXB13.

Today's update, Visa is issued for UAE, flyDubai ticket is issued & Hotel is reserved #DXB13

Raihan, just a note of correction. The Airshow is not taking place at Dubai International but instead at the new Al-Makhtoom International at the Dubai world central. It's a fair bit of ride from the city center so if you are not renting a car you will have to use either Metro or a taxi to get there. While the Metro does not go there directly you can get off at the closest station and hop on a cab.
Also as this is the first time the venue is hosting the airshow it will be a learning cure for both the organizers and the visitors.

thank you Mir, i have all the necessary information provided by Skyview organizer as i already bought the skyview ticket and venue details are clear. Regarding transportation to Jebel Al Ali, i hope some of my friends will accompany me up to the venue... cheers

Good to hear that PAF will be represented as previously at the Airshow along with the JF-17 display.

PAF contingent to participate in Dubai Air Show
ISLAMABAD, Nov 8 (APP) : JF-17 Thunder, the Pakistan’s pride alongwith Mushshak aircraft, would be participating in the forthcoming Dubai Air Show from November 17-21.The JF-17 Thunder’s Squadron pilots have completed series of aerobatics training drill programme and are fully prepared to steal the show on the eve of 10th Dubai Air Show, 2013, said a PAF press release. The multi-role all weather JF-17 Thunder is a highly maneuverable light combat aircraft with fly by wire flight controls. The aircraft is equipped with state-of-the art avionics and mix of modern weapon to destroy targets in air, on ground and also in the sea.

Due to cancellation of air show on 21st Nov, i got refund for my both tickets, skyview & trader show too
 
btw, i was still able to capture this air show, not of good quality due to max focal length 250mm but still enjoyable
