I also think mother with infant is the best one.
There's another one in this ad series that shows an Arab sheikh in the same aircraft cabin, I'll post its scan sometime later.
However, the cabin windows in these ads have not helped me in identifying aircraft type.
Probably photos for these ads were taken in aircraft cabin mock-up at PIA Training Centre in Karachi?
