A-380 of Singapore and Qantas Both Landed with Star Board NO-4 Engine Reverser Not Operative.....

Actually Airbus A380 uses only two inner engines (engine no.2 and engine no.3) with thrust reversers. Wheel brakes with these two engine thrust reversers are considered enough to slow down mighty A380.

Outer engines i.e. engine no.1 and engine no.4 are also not used with thrust reversers to avoid Foreign Object Damage (FOD).
