Any point in PK coming back to GLA?

Now that its official that EK have added a second daily frequency to GLA, is there any need/point for PK to come back, With EK now offering a twice daily service and the probability of another ME carrier coming to Scotland coming to EDI or GLA? Should PK have stuck with the route rather than withdrawing?
