AUGUST 9 - According to a local news channel, a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) helicopter has made an emergency landing due to some technical problem at Sargodha Air Base.
The helicopter was on a routine training flight when it experienced a technical problem.
Helicopter type, number of occupants and nature of technical problem not mentioned by the news channel.
According to PTV News, it's a Pakistan Air Force Mil Mi-171 helicopter and it made emergency landing at Chota Sargodha or near it. Chota Sargodha is a satellite and abandoned airfield in Sargodha, according to info on the web.
No loss of life or property damage reported.

And, on wikimapia.org found this apparently an abandoned airfield on the outskirts of Sargodha main city/PAF Base Mushaf (formerly PAF Base Sargodha). Probably it's the abandoned airfield called 'Chota Sargodha' ?

PAF helicopter emergency landing near Sargodha

SARGODHA: Pakistan Air Force (PAF) helicopter due to some technical fault made an emergency landing at an outskirt village in Sargodha, Geo news reported.
Police told that a helicopter due to technical fault was made to land in emergency near outskirt village 92 northern. Eyewitnesses said that the helicopter’s tail side was seen on fire. However, the helicopter landed near the farm saving the inhabitants as well as both the pilots of the helicopter remained safe.
Police and PAF officials reaching the scene have cordoned off the area and started investigations.
