Flight Aware .com has accurate information. I have flown YYZ - KHI three times and have printed the flight plan of my flight prior to leaving for the airport and it was the same the flight crew had with the exception of a few changes over Russian airspace. However if you are looking for local stuff within Pakistan, this site will not have this information or coverage. Try the CAA site. It has lots of information.
