The Garuda Retro 737 prompted me to draw this bit out. I hope PIA considers having this colorscheme featured on one of its equipments.

I think green paint should also cover vertical stabilizer spline/extension.

Valid point Abbas, however, the white spline is an homage to the tail profiles of B707s/720s, as well as the white spline of the Fokker F-27s.
