I doubt one can buy an airband anywhere in Pakistan. Just go on-line and source it out. There are several out there, and I bet cheap ones on e-Bay. If you do get one, I can provide you with all the frequencies in your area and the link on how to obtain ones in other regions.

I have bought several over the years, and whenever I travel to Pakistan, I always carry at least two and enjoy listening to some good overflying traffic as well as local activity.
